I’ve just got a bit frustrated by the fact that Disney and Sony still won’t go the HBO way – and just- release cinematic content digitally in parallel with cinema premieres. So instead, I’ve been asking myself when those movies are going digital. So, a new field has been added into the MCU Timeline and may very soon reach our snapshot-API. The content is already available via the API, but not yet updated fully: A digital release date field.
Some of us can not just simply go to the movies on each premiere. For example, some can’t afford following all releases, and some of us may simply just have kids that can join (yet) due to low ages. So here we go, trying to publish when the digital releases takes place!
